Description
Application:
This series automatic injection molding machine is used for the molding of various thermo plastics(such as nylon, ABS, PP, PS, etc.), a wide application in automobile, instrument equipment, electronics, telecommunications, toys, daily use products and the other plastic parts.
Features:
1. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation is available.
2. Safe electric control system, mechanical safety device, which ensure a safe production.
3. Injection screw and the feed hopper are made of nitriding steel, durable in wear and corrosion.
4. Hydraulic motor has a direct drive on the screw for a pre-molding, and the speed is variable, and there is a good plasticity.
5. Hydraulic mechanical clamping effected by the double-crank shaft that is five supporting points obliquely arranged, ensures a good motion, a high speed and also energy saving.
6. High performance hydraulic valve is 24V DC controlled.
7. With low noise pump, the noise of the whole machine less than 80db (A).
