Application：
KSJ-III series three-layer plastic sheet extruder is mainly applied to the production of plastic sheet as PP, PS, PE, ABS, HIPS, those materials widely used for the thermoforming all kinds of packing containers as drinking cups, jelly cups and packing boxes, etc.
Features:
1. The main and assistant extrusion units both with large L/D ratio screws ensure a good plasticity, a constant flowing speed and an even thickness.
2. Screws and barrels and die heads are all made of high quality alloy steel and well nitrided, which ensure a high intensity, hardness and precision.
3. Advanced & fast electric screen changer device in the die head makes operation easy and production efficient.
4. The three-roller structure makes a more reasonable sheet production and a high quality.
5. Advanced frequency converter is easy to adjust the linear speed among three rollers and the sheet drawing.
