Description
This type PS plate intermittent printing machine is offset grade label printing machine, it is newly designed to fit for high level quality printing of adhesive label or paper.
Features:
1. Full set German famous servo control system ensures a stable and accurate printing; free of the change of the printing plate, easy and convenient for the operation.
2. Printing unit: high quality and heavy offset printing unit, composed of 19 pieces of ink rollers (including 4pcs of form rollers) and 4 pcs water rollers; the good ink working system effectively avoids the streak trouble and the ghost phenomenon, which highly enhances the printing quality, and it has incomparable superiorities in the precision and resolutions to the flexo press.
3. Shaftless transmission system: every printing unit driven by an independent servo motor, 14 sets of servo motors in total (6color type) to ensure the exact color registering precision during high speed operation.
4. Positioning system: firstly to input the printing length on the main control panel only, then every printing unit will automatically transfer to the pre-set position, which highly saves the time and the materials when adjusting the color register.
5. Color registering system: the vertical and horizontal motions of every printing unit are all controlled by independent motor (ease the laboring and reduce the waste). By video still system, the machine can regulate vertical & horizontal registering without stopping, it improves the printing quality and increases the producing capacity.
6. Super large printing area: 300X350, the maximum perimeter can be reached to 350mm. By the use of high-precision photocell that ensures multi-registering on both side and enables to print for various labels.
7. Every printing unit equipped with clutch device to be stopped independently by lifting away when needed that well extends machine’s service life.
8. Multi-options: UV varnishing unit, rotary die-cutting unit are available for options, even spot UV unit. To replace the flexible die plate only and do not need to replace the magnetic die-cutting rollers when it comes to a new printing job, and it is able to print and die cut all in one time, which highly ensures the easy operation, low cost and wide applications.
9. Touch LCD screen, faster CPU, 12 inch super large display area, powerful human-computer dialogue system, multi-guide inspection display interface, instant alarm signal, which makes operation easier, more efficient and time saving.
